Ø  Nobu-san made a very unique combination of sushi. This was my first time to taste the Osaka style sushi – Battera, and three other oshizushi. I appreciated delicate touch of myoga, pinch of Yuzukoshou, and bainiku. No other sushi restaurants in St. Louis provide such delicate touch to nigiri sushi.  Thanks, Nobu-san!

Ø  The sushi was very elegant!

Ø  Dinners were more financially affordable for students.

Ø  Everything was perfect.

Ø  The service was less than acceptable.

Ø  Service could have been better – tea & water need to be refilled more often.

Ø  I loved the bowl for dessert, and each piece of sushi was presented artfully.
