Ø  Very tasty and generous.  Thanks Chef Lee!

Ø  Very good!  Enjoyed the innovative and creative dishes and mochi ice-cream.

Ø  The smaller dishes were all very good, but the board sushi was not the best.  The presentation is very good though.

Ø  This was my first time to taste ankimo in the U.S. and it was great to eat it with momiji oroshi and ponzu.  I also enjoyed sunomono.  Chef’s favorite sushi roll was really creative.  I never imagined that apples and honey can be used for sushi rolls, but this sushi roll had a refreshing taste.  The modern/fusion rolls are heavy with sauces, so I appreciated these lighter, elegant dishes.

Ø  For me, this was too much fusion sushi and too much rice and cream cheese.

Ø  I liked sushi boats very much.

Ø  The dishes were nicely presented.  Modern sushi rolls were delicious.  Chef’s favorite roll was innovative with apples and honey.  It was very tasty and intriguing.  Service was good; they kept my tea warmed!  Lots of food.

Ø  Sushi rice was too tight/packed, almost like oshi-zushi or onigiri.  Tempura batter could have been lighter.  Lots of food
