Free drinks: Beer, Hot sake, Wine, Soda or Japanese green tea

Appetizers:
Chawan-mushi (chicken, shiitake mushroom, fish case, etc.)

Sunomono (cucumber, seaweed, shrimp, clam, octopus)
Fried oyster with wasabi tarter sauce
Miso-soup

Nigiri: tekka (tuna), ika (squid), sake (salmon) and saba (mackerel)
Tekka maki and Kappa maki

Sushi Rolls:
Futo maki (sushi roll with Egg, Sweet Pumpkin, Fish Flake, Cucumber, Avocado and Crab Stick);
Sunrise roll (specially made for us by Chef Yu Duck Lee with salmon and mango);
Dragon Roll (Eel on California Roll), and
Dynamite roll (Spicy tuna inside, seared tuna with ponzu sauce and scallion on top)

Dessert: Ice cream (choice of green tea or azuki beans)
